Referral terms, in short

  • 20% of the fees Residual receives on that company's deal, paid within 30 days of Residual being paid.
  • Credit goes to the first referral we receive for a company, for 12 months.
  • No payment if the company was already talking to us, or if no deal completes.
  • You must have the company's permission to share their details, and must not promise any price.
  • Paid in any country we can legally pay, with tax forms before the first payment. Full terms are confirmed in writing before your first payout.
