How it works

We broker. Buyers do the data work.

We sit between you and the buyers and never touch your files. The buyer's own team extracts and de-identifies the records, under a licence you approve.

We bring you offers

We value your records, take an anonymous profile to the right buyers, negotiate price and terms, and come back with offers.

03 · The buyer

They do the work. You get paid.

You approve the scope and sign the licence. The buyer prepares the approved records, you sign off, and you're paid.

Why use a broker

Know what it's worth. Get several offers. Keep your company.

Exit money, without the exit. Go to one buyer and you get one quote on their terms. We get several buyers to compete.

  • Priced fast. We write up what you have (tools, years, rough volume) so buyers can price it quickly. No data changes hands.
  • Several bids, not one quote. Buyers compete for your records instead of naming their price.
  • The terms that matter, negotiated. Licence length (usually two years, never perpetual), a de-identification deadline with a certificate of deletion, the acceptance window and when you're paid.
  • The buyer pays our fee. It costs you nothing, and if there's no deal there's no fee.
What it's worth

A few hours of your time. A six-figure payout.

Your time barely changes with company size, but the payout grows with it. Assumes typical tools, 5–9 years of records and a US company.

What are your company's records worth?

Two short steps, about two minutes. No access to your systems, and you see the full estimate straight away.

  • We never hold your data. Records go only to the buyer you choose.
  • You choose the scope. Customer, HR, legal and NDA work stay out by default.
  • Read-only, time-limited. Buyers can't change anything, and you can revoke access.
  • Nothing moves without your signature. NDA first, licence before any transfer.
FAQ

Questions founders ask us

Who buys this data, and why?

AI labs and the specialist data companies that supply them. Models learn how real work gets done from real business records: how a support ticket gets resolved, how a deal closes, how a project ships. Public internet data doesn't contain that.

Do you handle our data?

No. We're a broker, and we never receive or store your records. The buyer you choose, and its processing partner, extracts and de-identifies the approved scope under a licence you sign. Our job is the valuation, finding and vetting buyers, negotiating, and getting the deal through to payment.

Why not go to a buyer directly?

You can. But most buyers give one quote, on their own terms. We write up your records so they're priced properly, get several buyers to bid, and negotiate licence length, deletion and payment. The buyer pays our fee, so using us costs you nothing.

We have lots of NDAs and confidential client work. Can we still do this?

Usually, yes. Most companies have the same situation. We scope around it: client work, customer data and anything under NDA can be left out, and we flag anything your lawyer should check. If something can't be shared, it stays out.

What does it cost?

Nothing. Our brokerage fee, typically about 10%, is paid by the buyer when your deal closes and is set out in your agreement. If there's no deal, there's no fee.

How long until we're paid?

About 2–3 months from the first call. You'll have offers within 1–3 weeks. After that come the licence, the buyer's 30-day acceptance check, and payment on the agreed terms.

Will we be locked in?

Buyers usually ask for about two years' exclusivity on the records they license. We push back on anything perpetual and can time it around your plans, such as a future sale. You keep ownership of everything.

How is the estimate worked out?

It blends the published pricing models of leading AI data buyers (October 2026). It's based on team size, years of records, the systems you use, your industry and your location. Final offers come after a buyer reviews the agreed scope.

Are you lawyers?

No. We run the commercial process and provide standard terms. We recommend your own lawyer reviews the licence before you sign.
